"Compass Well Services, LLC is in dire need of new management and a new CEO. They are doing very poorly financially and have lost about $10MM since August of 2013. Their safety record is deplorable and have already amassed 7 vehicular fatalities since being opened in November of 2010. You would be wise to look elsewhere for employment no matter what your discipline is."
