"Tradecraft was a great company to work for with great co-workers. While the parent company had it's issues, TCO was a fine entry level job into the OCS professional field."
"Compass is a bit on the older end of things and lacks revolutionary leadership and strategies. Most of their facilities / offices are run-down which no doubt makes it hard for sellers to "sell" a potential client on Compass. It felt as if they were consistently understaffed and over-worked - tempers tended to flair. The compensation was relatively meh especially considering their presence in major metropolitan markets - even more so, their compensation rates are disappointing given they are a publicly traded company, are the "4th largest food service provider in the US," and have billions of dollars a year in profits. Their only saving grace is Tradecraft - at least their service technicians know how to fix a machine the first time."
"Morrison Living is a fantastic company that truly cares about its customers and employees."
