What do you like about working at Compare Infobase?

"its not even a company. I want to quit this company as soon as possible. the only reason I am still into this company is because I have already spent few years here and I don't have any good choice. the company culture sucks and the CEO simar prit singh is an ass*ole. he wants only money and money not for the company but for his own needs. they don't pay employees PF which is against law. they also don't pay on time for the work done by its employees. mostly they pay on a bimonthly cycle. the only thing you would learn here is to cut, copy and past."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"first of all don't get interviewed by this company. you will regret it at a later stage. you learn nothing from this company except."

What don't you like about working at Compare Infobase?

"the company culture sucks and its management are crazy about the money. no one is cared about the company. they only need is that they walk out every month with heavy pay check. the company is not paying employees PF and still they keep deducting that amount from the employees salary. there are many legal issues with this so called company. to tell you the truth this company is blacklisted in the NASSCOM list of IT companies."

"they can't improve at all. please work with other choices."

"Nothing..there is noting good about the company and the CEO is the worst CEO"

"Please stop exploiting people and please dont treat the employees as labor."

What don't you like about working at Compare Infobase?

"Compare Infobase never pays its employee in time and the delay in salary is atleast 40 days. The employees are told to achieve unrealistic goals with their websites that have no quality. They fool their overseas customers by showing a very low quality traffic from twitter and other spamming techniques. Moreover they have been getting absolutly no client projects for the past 3 years. They make websites and show fake traffic to the customers and sell them to the poor client. There cheques bounce every month and the salaries given here are the lowest in the industry . They also cut PF from our accounts and submit as if they have also contributed to it. Most of the times they dont even submit PF's . Compare Infobase also cuts money from Employees salary and give it later as bonus and they do it shamelessly"

"In Compare Infobase Ltd. every employee gets opportunities to show his/her talent and be responsible of the work he/she is assigned. There is good interaction to the project leads where in every ones ideas are appreciated and implemented if useful."
