"They don't put enough value on employee longevity, and experience. They do not take care of their own so to speak. I also don't feel they put enough emphasis on customer service, that could be elavated with the right training for the employees."

"Pay more attention to the front line employees, and also evaluate the management staff in the Inflight department to ensure they are qualified for the positons they are in."
