"Upper management did not communicate effectively with subordinates. We did not see them a lot, nor did they take time to understand who we were, our position and the part we played in the grand scheme of things."

"Communicate goals and expectations more clearly. Get to know your employees even on a superficial basis."

"The salary freeze that was put in place. I was never eligible for a raise in the five years I was there."

"Leave right away. This is not a company you want to work for."

"Piece rate pay is ineffective way of paying employees. During my time there, they changed the structure of the pay, causing me to lose over $2.00 an hour for doing the same work at the same pace and quality which I was achieving beforehand. To add to this, they did not even inform me that this was going to be change; I only found out after getting a paycheck (less than minimum wage, mind you), and asking the front secretary of our building."

"Crack down on supervisors who spend more time talking and goofing around with each other than helping agents who have questions and need help in a timely fashion."

"I made some really good friends and the dress code was casual."

"Cancel the interview! They make the job sound awesome and make a lot of promises. The job sucks and none of the promises are kept."

"You can't even look up from your computer without a supervisor getting on you."

"Focus on better training for all employees. Try to make things less stressful."
