"Have another plan, good to work at for a while. Good pay, but working in an in-store locations has some major drawbacks. Better yet, work at the corporate office or not at all."

What don't you like about working at CommunityAmerica Credit Union?

"We are becoming more like a bank. Bonus system doesn't work and constantly changes, communication does not flow from higher ups to branch employees well. Hard to move up in company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not expect employees to work 10 hour shifts. Avoid becoming more like a bank with practices."
