"4 months ago I would've easily put a 5 star score, but some things in the way our program was handled affected (what I thought) was the best part of my job. I still really enjoy my work which earns its 4. I love the fact that I am helping people every day live healthier lives. I also love the fact that the population I serve is an under-served, under-insured population which makes it all more worthwhile. In every working place there's this "magic number" that has to be reached... same for us. If that was taken out of the equation things would be a lot more relaxed; other than that, it really is a great job/role to have. I am a forward moving person, so hopefully in a few years I can move up within the organization. In the meantime, I am happy where I am."
