"The people I work with. They are awesome and willing to get the job done. This is my first management position and I have been learning on the job. The subordinates have been very respectful as I have been learing the position."

"Run...don't walk. Their history of how they treat their people is well documented."

What don't you like about working at Community Bowling Centers?

"A very poor training program. The upper management is condescending in their communication to the people who make it happen on a daily basis. You get more honey with sugar then vinegar."

"Look in the mirror. You are not as superior as you think you are. Try taking your humble pill today. Those who make it happen every day will respect you more if you learn how to talk to those who can make or break your operation."
