"They could improve the staffing of their branch offices. The people are not as helpful as they could be. They should possess the basic knowledge of how much investment loss someone can write off against ordinary income for example. They should be able to provide basic facts that are not dependent on a person's situation. If they feel someone is not computer savvy, they could offer to help them find what they're looking for without losing their objectivity. Fidelity does a far better job."

What don't you like about working at CGFNS International?
"Management in some departments forget that the customer is king and instead treat them like we are the boss and they have to listen to us. Our customer service is embarrassing. Making positive changes for the sake of the company's financial health is slow and there is much resistance to new ideas and transparency"

"Wishy-washy senior management, lack of boldness and foresight, life-long employment possibilities, old-school business management, too quiet, too much internal politics, too many brilliant people who lack people and basic communication skills."

"I has beena satisfying experience working for Schlumberger, however, the reason for my looking is to find myself a more stable job than contracting, and also specificly in the Graphic Design field."

"The quality of people I come across at work as my clients is superior, lot to learn from them. The company utilizes its resources well."

"Schlumberger currently does not have adequate work for me as a contractor, not a full time postition at present."

"Be aware that as the economy fluctuates, one of the first things people cut is leisure travel. Being a company that relies 100% on the strength of the leisure travel industry, this can mean an unstable environment."

"Madden is constantly restructuring and jobs are often cut in this process. Morale was not good while I was at the company due to frequent layoffs."

"Management should work on keeping morale up."
