"Unpredictable. No two days are the same. Constantly challenged to improve."

"For the most part, you will reap what you sow. You may need to promote your accomplishments (as long as you've actually accomplished something) in order to be recognized. Always look to expand your network of contacts beyond your immediate reach and throughout the company."

"Quite a large population of older, conservative managers that are poor at managing people, resist change and are unable to adapt to new technologies or ideas."

"The job itself aloud for frequent interaction with people one would not ordinarily meet , it was toruism based ; basically selling Barbados to the world, represented the online brand of the country and the national and international respect given to such a corporation."

"The structural system is similar to that of the public sector therefore anyone seeking employment of such a structure (statutory board) should take the organisational structure into consideration."

"It's a great place to be if you are in the correct job. Thoroughly check out the culture of any specific department where you wish to apply."

"I was the first communications person in this department, and few doctors have an interest in marketing. After my boss left, I was ignored, left alone, and not supported by the department."

"In a School of Medicine, doctors and faculty believe they know the correct way to do anything. The university needs to work more to change the mindsets of faculty."
