"Lack of oversight and follow-through. Managers don't give enough direction."

"Be more hands on with management, or have better middle management."

"It's not the best job I've ever had. It's also not the worst."

"Great coworkers but prepare for depending on the position you should prepare for a lot of downtime."

"Unbearable slow periods. I like to have actual work on my plate so I'm not just siting at a desk collecting a paycheck for nothing. The amount of project delays and scope changes are ridiculous."

"Spend more time interacting with the employees that don't respond directly to you."
