CommonSpirit Health Employee

"CommonSpirit is known for changing contracted employees to hospital-based employees to save money. CommonSpirit has cut half of the FTE's in our department, reducing the quality of nutrition care and putting patient's at risk as dietitians provide nutrition support in acute critical care. They strung the team along for months after initially telling the team that everyone would keep their job. Upper-management is disconnected from reality and completely incompetent. The staff that stays will be overworked, underpaid, and eventually leave. Patient care is going to plummet. There is a reason that CommonSpirit has such a poor rating. Don't work for them. Trust me. You won't regret it."

CommonSpirit Health Employee

"I have worked for Commonspirit Health since 2008. While I enjoy working with my co-workers, I am not really impressed with the upper-level management. My pay is very low compared to other companies I have researched. CHI or CommonSpirit doesn't really compensate their employees very well. I would recommend a different company for employment"
