"The pay was good. The equipment provided was very good and they had decent facilities."

"Realize that you will be dealing with 3 brothers and that one is a micro manager who can make your life miserable."

What don't you like about working at Water-Right?

"The work environment was difficult. Very boys club type mentality. The transistion was not handled well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Empower your employees. There were way too many cheifs who were very concerned with protecting their turf."
