"Commerce Bank was pretty Meh. Co-workers were very corporate and talked behind people's backs, but gave a smile to your face. The pay was lousy comparative for what you are asked for. And it's a large blame game there, it's more important to figure out who caused the problem than what's wrong with it. I on often occasion just took the blame to move on, because if you tried to move on without it it would create more drama."
