"After more than 10 years of outstanding performance and having an excellent relationship with my previous supervisor, the new manager began to systematically bully me. Other members of the team also had problems with her. I had to make several drafts of brochures, she would always find something that according to her was wrong. In the end, I found out that all she wanted was that I quit my job so that she could hire a freelancer. I talked to the person responsible for legal matters at Comfone and I told him that she was bullying me. He filled a questionnaire from SECO (Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs) and he concluded that I was being bullied. He then submitted the information to the employer, who denied the fact that I was being bullied. Then the employer dismissed the case. I discussed the matter with the new manager and with HR before my holidays. When I came back from holidays, I had been fired, in the same coward way as many other colleagues who have been terminated from Comfone. Now, after all this time I can say, as the Spanish saying goes: Todas las cosas malas pertenecen a el "Ayer”, All bad things belong to "yesterday”."
