What don't you like about working at Comerica?

"The regional managers were required to cover too much sales territory. At the time, my region consisted of 65 retail banking offices (all of Macomb County and part of Detroit). I was responsible for the sales and compliance for 26 Financial Consultants and16 Annuity Consultants that worked in my region."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would separate the Sales from the Compliance function. It is very difficult for a Regional Manager to wear these two job hats at the same time. I had too many direct reports at the time."
