"Managers who procrastinated sending their data to me for sales reports that had a deadline."

"It is important to send pertinent information on time when requested for reports that have a deadline."

"I have worked since 2019 as a contractor. The work environment is spectacular. Everyone respects each others ideas and opinions. Any kind of harassments are taken seriously. All the employees are treated respectfully without being biased on their culture, norms and values."

"I suggest looking for different ways to have the employees to grow."

"Comerica is a very strong and diverse company. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and a lot of positions are specifically reserved for internal candidates. There are a plethora of training materials for you to take to prepare yourself for additional roles prior to even applying. There are many different groups you can join to increase your visibility and learn from so many experienced individuals."

"Finances and number crunching along with budgeting I found very enjoyable"

"The work load is extensive and be prepared for very long hours but enjoyable work."

What don't you like about working at Comerica?

"The volume of work increased as the company laid off more and more people. A department of 7 was reduced to department of 3 with more work load."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"People want to complete their tasks but the long hours and reduced staff make that very difficult."
