"In my opinion, this company has completely changed. It was a great company to work for until they decided to bring in many, many employees from a bank with a tarnished reputation. It became a toxic place to work. Quite a few of us left, actually forced out. My advice is look in to the new management before you join."

"I have been with Comerica for over three years and I felt very positive about this company initially. As has tome has gone on though, the glimmer has worn off. The company motto is "a higher level of banking". They try to maintain that they are above the "big banks" in how they treat customers. But in reality, they are exactly the same, except with incredibly outdated technology. They harass customers about lending and even in the middle of an economic recession, my boss said "we need to hit our sales goals on credit cards and loans so we can get our annual bonus". I get that this is still a for profit company but they're kidding themselves when they say they care more about the financial well being of their customers."
