"I enjoyed the ability to work on my own and to make the best use of my time when given the work orders for the day."

"It is really not a bad place to work if you are young and willing to work for a long time and move up very slowly."

What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"I do not like the ways in which the techs are graded on their performance. I think it is biased based on which area that you work and the lack of support is dismal at best."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they should take a more active role in supporting their technicians. Eveyone seems to back up dispatch and the warehouse but blame the technicians when things don't work out or if there is an issue."
