"the pay is good, the employee development and training is outstanding, the benefits and employee appreciation are also very good."

What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"nothing. it was a good environment. The only negative was what I term as 'information overload' - there is so much email and information that one must keep abreast of daily... and in addition, there is a ton of other information put out daily. it's difficult to manage people that have to spend so much time reading & staying in tune. it impacts productivity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"when bringing on new executives/management from outside of the company, a mentor should be assigned to help one assimilate to the job and culture."
