"Nepotism, No diversity, No Room for growth, they don't value your previous work history. By far the worst company. Poor leadership. You have no voice. Managers pushed into management without experience. Low morale. Teams pushed to make product cheaper, re-invent the wheel and pushed to save pennies rather than investing and spending money in new ideas. Designers and apparel developers do not have a creative work spaces or breaks to rest. very conservative place, you can not be yourself. There are no design fashion market trips. Salaries are below industry standard."
