"You are interviewed based on your performance in classes, so my advice would be to perform strongly in the classes that you would like to work for that specific professor"

What don't you like about working at Colorado School of Mines?

"I am graduating from the school I work at and graduating will make me overqualified for my position. I am looking for a bigger opportunity"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have a really good relationship with my boss, who is very supportive of the work I do. However, sometimes the communication between me and the other people in the lab makes it hard to be as efficient as I can be. If the graduate students were more encouraged to communicate efficiently, my time at work would be used more efficiently."

"Interesting work, and had a great time with learning about computer programs."

"Strange dynamic, no room for growth, and work got tedious."
