"I am graduating from the school I work at and graduating will make me overqualified for my position. I am looking for a bigger opportunity"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have a really good relationship with my boss, who is very supportive of the work I do. However, sometimes the communication between me and the other people in the lab makes it hard to be as efficient as I can be. If the graduate students were more encouraged to communicate efficiently, my time at work would be used more efficiently."
