"I've worked with Colorado Health Providers for almost 2 years. In the past year I have implemented Athenahealth EMR, Salesforce CRM, and a new company website with a patient portal. I've created our centralized data platform in Tableau for all systems (all company data). Our company could use better leadership and communication. For example, I'll have executive meetings pointing at expansion one day and then had to plan a branch closer due to expense the next. I'm a big fan of transparency, being realistic, planning and organizing. There are many times where those traits don't exist from a leadership level at CHP."
