2.6 Policies and procedures should be written out and followed. A structured training program should be put in to place for all positions. If there is an 80% turn over in the nursing department perhaps asking the nurses to give you suggestions on how to imporve their loyalty would be a good place to start and perhaps hiring an agency until this is solved so quality of patient care is not compromised in the mean time.
