"Good firm to gain some broad design and field experience for entry level engineers who are wise enough to move on after a few years."

"Huge management changes over a short period of time. Elimination of middle management. New top management practices intimidation rather than motivation, resulting in an overstressed work force. Unchallenged top management authority, a lack of diversity and obvious favoritism without regard to skill sets haunts this firm. Also, 401K matching company contribution is only $200 per year."
