1.9(1) I would offer full-time positions to adjunct instructors who have successfully worked for the college for years.(2) I would eliminate unnecessary/abortive programs and lower salaries for high-ranking administrators. I would prepare a balance sheet that would keep only profitable programs alive.(3) Lower the administrative load on teachers.
2.8I have worked for the College of Southern Nevada for 5 years. In that time I have asked for a few things to do my job. A set of plans, a vendors list and a scope of work for each vendor. As of today I still have never received any of these items. It is very difficult to do a project without any information. The upper staff lacks the experience to run a construction project. They need people that are construction personnel instead of architects. I still was able to complete projects on time.
4.5I have been with the College of Southern Nevada for over 5 years. I am a model employee as I have been promoted within 5 years to a Program Senior Specialist - Instructional Services. In the last year we were able to achieve our measurable skills at 100% and finished 2nd overall for Nevada State.
