College of St. Elizabeth Employee

"I've worked for the College of Saint Elizabeth for almost 7 years now. They have great benefits and perks... lots of holidays off, 2 weeks vacation to start, Horizon Health Insurance. The pay is very low because the school isn't doing well in terms of enrollment. There were a lot of lay-offs in May of 2013, which made the morale of the faculty and staff decrease. The school just obtained a new president, so hopefully they will turn things around."
