"I've worked for Collective Health for over 3 years, and have been amazed by the growth the company has experienced. As a VC funded company that's still in its 'growth' phase, Collective Health is working to make the operational efficiencies necessary to meet its goals. As with any new company, the shift from the 'startup' phase can be somewhat jarring for the people who joined for the initial vision and structure of the teams, but I definitely believe that in the end, the company is setting itself up for long term success."
