"I worked for Colibri over the summer in 2019. It was a tight nit community, filled with hard workers. When I worked there, they were about to start a transition from a smaller company to a much larger one, with new investors, so there was some disorganization. But everyone was very friendly and very helpful in answering questions."
What do you like about working at Colibri?
"The company does have a good system, very organize; also my part of the job is very challenging."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Honest, Budget oriented, Organize, and do what you said; and the company always wants Wal-Mart price, Tiffany quality and FedEx delivery."
What don't you like about working at Colibri?
"After the fianicial crisis, the company experienced too many unsucessful ownership transfer, most of them are not in the same industry, and can't give the company right directions. Also the current owner and senior management team don't communicate that much."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to make correct dicisions based on brand names we have. We can sell US$300 dollar stuff but it's difficult for us to sell US20,000 dollar stuff."

What do you like about working at Colibri?
"The Retail customers were really a delight to work with, maybe 1 or 2 that weren't. That's pretty terrific considering my account base was over 100 stores."

"Don't, move on."

"Unrealistic goals that could not be met."

"Change it."
