The Coleman Co. Employee

"Continually meet great people, but expect them to leave within 1-2 years because Coleman can't retain good employees, preferring to keep the lazy, complacent ones. No communication, no direction, no feedback on performance from upper management. Employees left in the dark about current situation and sales. Coleman does not invest in training its employees and will not even purchase books. Morale and loyalty suffers because they do not invest in team building activities."
