What do you like about working at Coilplus?

"right now nothing, working 14-16 7 days aweek, no supervisors for 3 shifts, no scheduler, no information transfered. It is close to where I live"

What don't you like about working at Coilplus?

"Political/backstabing, no one wants to take responsibility, finger pointing, not willing to change to make the work flow easier"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"management needs to back management. I am the OPS mngr and I get over ruled by GM that has no clue of production, He's a salesman (good one) but doesn't mean he run production, Communication (there is none)"
