Monetary compensation for US-based QA engineers seems to be below market rates. The rest of the compensation package is pretty standard for the US. The company recently changed to an unlimited PTO policy. While every company has its pros and cons, Cognizant Softvision is a good place to work, especially with the ability to continually learn new skills and knowledge."
