CodeForce withholds employee's amount up to 15K using partial payments. In case employee resigns from CodeForce none of the withheld amount is paid back. No legal documents or email records exists to avoid legal issues. Cost of insurance, H1B/ GC is deducted from the salary. Salary is also deducted for public holidays, as all days are working days."
