"Poor."

What do you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"The facility."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"The managers were trained after the representatives, so had no knowledge for assistance. The managers would ask the reps for everything, as we made less than half the salary. Promotions were not made from within, very political."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should be required to take at least 2 hours of calls a week to know the current promotions, pricing, issues, etc. Management is not helpful with zero customer experience knowledge."

"It was professional, smart, direct, open and promising!"

What do you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"It was always a great challenge; there were opportunities available all the time. My colleagues and mentors were helpful if needed, and they have some great managers as well. The best thing that I really enjoyed was working with clients, though there were times when your client would almost get the best of you, and that's ok because you learn that your clients have challenges with their business as well, and that it is never personal. You have to look past it and let them release, they will appreciate it. Coca Cola was a great experience for me, it was one of my motivators today. Thank you!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just this! Coca Cola is a company that has been around for many years, they are not going anywhere! You will have a major amount of opportunities to do anything that you want; the key is to know what that is. Because of the fact that Coca Cola was once the leader in the beverage industry, they have every intention to regain their title from their main competitor. This means the doors are open! No limits! No uncertainties! The time is now! When working with Coca Cola you are with a company that wrote the book on success! That is all I have to share, good luck and God Bless!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you have people that are committed to you and who give you their best - be patient."
