What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?
"Coca-Cola Enterprises is the conglomeration of multiple independent bottlers and is still striving to create the ultimate business plan. During my tenure, I championed multiple changes in their go to market model. This constant change creates an environment of instability and distrust among employees as many are displaced."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A company should reinvent itself once every 10 years, +/-. When the operating platform is in constant flux people in the organization have a difficult time gaining their footing. People spend their time focused upon their well-being as opposed to the goals of the organization even though you and I know to stay focused upon the task at hand. Long and short, productivity drops."

"People not paid according to their work they do, and also, do not motivate staff with promotions, but will bring people from outside to come and learn from these same people they refuse to promote."

"Get up, walk, no... RUN out of there and go home and take a shower."

"Management is abusive, stress, work 90-110 hours a week for about 30 hours of pay, very corrupt, you are required to constantly lie to your customers--terrible company."

"The managers were trained after the representatives, so had no knowledge for assistance. The managers would ask the reps for everything, as we made less than half the salary. Promotions were not made from within, very political."

"Management should be required to take at least 2 hours of calls a week to know the current promotions, pricing, issues, etc. Management is not helpful with zero customer experience knowledge."

"The upper management, they made lots of mistakes and ended up taking the jobs to GUATEMALA!!, while upper managers and CEOs, CROs got extremely large bonus."
