Support Desk Technician

"I worked for Puma North America for five and a half years supporting up to 200 users, internal and external. When COVID19 started they started cutting hours and laying off employees. I'm now looking for a new job opportunity that matches my skills which match the skills described in the job details. I had a great time there and enjoyed all the employees with their technical challenges as well as upgrading their equipment. It was a great learning experience."
