"I have worked at Coast to Coast for a number of years. While the job is very satisfying as far as the work that we do, the pay and ability to move up in the company is something that is left to be desired. I appreciate everything that the CEO/Owner of the company has done for me including hiring and training me with no prior experience but I feel as though that the lack of opportunity in the long run is not very good. The workplace and environment is amazing with a laid back lifestyle."
