"As long as you drive safely, treat passengers with courtesy, get to work on time every day and do your paperwork properly, they will NEVER hassle you."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask questions. Be sure of what you are getting yourself into. They will tell you. It is better to know everything up front. This is not a job for everyone. This type of work is very different in terms of hours working compared to most others."
What don't you like about working at Coach USA?
"Long hours. Typical of the industry, but it is rare to find bids or trippers that are under 11 hours. Some bids end up stuffed with more work for less money. Newbies can not expect much."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make a few bids only 8-10 hours. Start a flexible spending account program. Give us a raise. Give us another sick day, 1 isn't enough."

"Don't count on your boss still being there on your start date."

"There was too much turnover in management positions."

"I liked making sure all the routes were covered and organizing with great detail the morning rush so that it all went off without a hitch, as much as that is possible."
