"I loved the people I worked with & my supervisor but I wish the people higher up in the company would get to know who works for them"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would have to say it would be to just be honest & upfront. That way they know where you stand & they can make an educated decision. For instance, when I applied for the planner position I didn't have everything they were looking for. I almost didn't apply for the job because of it. I decided to go for it anyway & explained I didn't have all the qualifications. The supervisor actually picked me above all the other candidates who already had experience because he felt I would be the one who would get the job done no matter what and because I had experience on the shop floor."
What don't you like about working at Bosch?
"I didn't like the fact that the people higher up in the company did want to get to know the great people they had working for them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get to know your employees. It makes all the difference on how well they will work for you."
What do you like about working at Ball Aerospace?
"I liked the job & the initial challenge of learning all about the cnc mechanics"

"To be honest & express knowledge & experience to help the company become a better workplace"

"To be patient & let the experienced people have a say so on problem solving"

"Be ready to do non stop production for 10 hrs a night, And knowing spanish will help."

What do you like about working at Cast Products?
"When I worked at Cast Products I always knew at the end of my work shift that I worked an honest days work because is was hard work. It was very hot during the summer and very cold during the winter, with alot of heavy lifting and constant movement from machine to machine. But I loved working there."

"Young Electric Sign Co. was a great place to work for. They had great managment and truly cared for employees."
What do you like about working at YESCO?
"Great company with smart and talented leaders. They treat employees with respect and normally hold onto them. Unfortunately business is very bad at the moment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Wait until the economy recovers, they are not hiring, only laying off employees, even ones they want to keep."
What don't you like about working at YESCO?
"It is located in Las Vegas, NV and the heat of the summer can exceed 115 degrees on a regular basis. The shop is cooled with swamp coolers but they are not effective enough in that kind of heat."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do their best to ride out the financial problems of Las Vegas and hope to come out better then before."
