"I enjoyed working with my cnc machine, I also enjoyed watching something I design go from start to finish."
What don't you like about working at Ceilcote Air Pollution Control?
"They had a I don't care attitude about your life other then at work. The mangement there was very poor and the company was ran very slack. The was many timesour hours were cut because the management and sales did not provide enough work for us to do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a little bit more understanding of employees and their life outsode of work. If you want the employees to enjoy working there and respect you more, empathize with them more."
