"I've worked for CNA National Warranty for eight months. My experience across all levels of the organization has been rewarding. CNA National Leadership team cultivates an environment of professional and personal growth for its employees. The company's culture is very family-oriented. You are always greeted with a smile, "how are you" or friendly introduction, learning more about the employee you encountered and or about their incredible stories about their tenure with the company."

"I worked for this company for 7 years and was great in the beginning. New CEO took over and it became more number oriented and less focused on employees and slowing went down hill. They promoted only on favoritism whether or not that person was qualified for the position. Employees ho got promoted or left were not replaced making more work for others - was like working in a sweat shop."

"Overall Good , excellent and great."
"I've worked for CNA Insurance for a number of years in the technology department. The company atmosphere is a good one with a lot of attention on employee satisfaction. The IT department lacks direction with internal leadership conflict and a struggle for power. It is difficult to keep good people as there are a number of leaders that are not team players that drive strong talent away."

"I think there is an over fucus on SLA's for the sake of statistics. I think this takes away from pure support and true client satisfaction. Also, I am subcontracted under IBM. IBM convinced CNA to outsource their IT services to them a few years ago. Now we are hardly involved, as it is IBM system, network, and security admins and engineers in India that have the rights to do the work. Clients are not happy and it is very inefficient."
