What do you like about working at BLB Resources?
"Not much. You do get to know a lot of people in the real estate industry, and if you are smart, you will learn what you can and move on."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Take your chances; do not view as long term. Be very direct and express your strengths openly. Make sure to get a detailed job description!"
What don't you like about working at BLB Resources?
"Stressful, negative environment. Managers play favorites, gossip about employees, no direct communication, very hostile work environment. No work/ life balance. Hire people with no experience or applicable background. Discriminate and harass. Was the worst company I ever worked for. Too much micromanagement, and upper management was the worst, incompetent and inexperienced. People promoted based on friendships."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of most of the managers;(HR director as well) and bring in people with strong leadership skills and integrity. It will help morale, which is currently very bad."

"I enjoyed working with our clients to prepare the titles of previously foreclosed properties, for re-sale"

"There was nothing that I didn't like about working for FA"

"Spent many long hard years here and was never laid off until recent company-wide layoff hit."

"able to advance"

"some supervisors should of not been promoted due to lack of people skills"

"make sure your supervisors were actually entry level not just college grads."

"It's one of the biggest financial institution in US. Professional environment. Able to apply all my RE knowledge as well as learn new methods and experiences."

"Be competitive and initiative while providing excellent service with full integrity. It helps a great deal for your personal and professional growth within."
What don't you like about working at Wachovia?
"Nothing major. We had some ups and downs in daily operation due to the work load being a number one loan center however, I love to work in a challenging environment where we create excellent outcome."

"I wish the company can re-open wholesales division soon and help economy again."
