"Anyone considering working for closet world please read. Initial training is free, subsequent training is not. Should not wear jeans even though you are not being paid. Sales designer sent out to the field without the full comprehension or adequate training. Manager asked me to lie regarding how long I had worked for the company. Pushy micromanaging sales managers, high prices, low quality product, long hours, minuscule commission. Work there for a hobby, not for money. Never be late, otherwise chastised regardless of reason, such as unexpected traffic. Do not recommend anyone take a job here. Treat their salary employees very poorly. Grounds are filthy and employees required to use a hand scanner clocking in and out."

"When I came on there were a lot of complaints & repairs, customers were upset at Closet World and made it hard for us installers when arrived to job site!! It was hard to hear their complaint and gain their trust again, so they were happy again with the company. But I did!!! And even got a tip when I finished the job."
