What don't you like about working at Clinical Staffing Services?
"The contract negotiations were challenging, I learned very fast it take a soft touch to find that perfect middle ground, unfortunately its not something can teach you, you either have it or you dont. The hours were also tough, starting your day before most people woke up to hit the east coasters, then remaining at work until well after 6 to make sure all the shifts for the day had been covered and all the clients were happy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have strict rules when dealing with contract negotiations with sub-vendors. Allowing your contract employees to re-write the contracts mid stream can cause issues."
