"Research Manager not helpful, not approachable, not as experienced as a Res, Manager should be. Research office not comfortable ,not conducive to doing efficient work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Definitely need someone who will protect and support the people she manages . Someone with hands on experience in Clinical Research."
