"Overall, Penrose Hospital/Centura Health is a great hospital to work at. Staff/managers are great. ability to work 12hr shift."

"None, just be yourself and answer questions truthfully and honestly."
What don't you like about working at Centura Health?
"Nurse to patient ratio. Pay for experience. Bonuses for extra shifts worked and CE's."

"Check with staff often for additional suggestions to help maintain patient safety, satifaction."

"Provide family-centered care for our patients in a friendly, colorful atmosphere. One can observe staff and volunteers to see their genuine interest in caring for these patients and families."

"Be straightforward with your recruiter or interviewer. If you aren't certain of the answer to a question, it is okay to respond that you've not considered that -- I'd like a moment to think about my response. It's preferable to pause and delay your answer than to quickly guess and say what you think the interviewer wants to hear."
What don't you like about working at Phoenix Children's Hospital?
"40-minute commute for me from the North Valley. Small price to pay to be in a field that I love."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to recruit clinical and administrative staff to become part of committees and teams working on issues such as electric documentation and preparation for accreditation reviews, etc."

"This company is a nonprofit organization and they have few resources for the employees and that mean a very low salary. It was fine for me at the time as I was taking classes and it was weekend work."
What do you like about working at The Salvation Army?
"They do alot of good for homeless people."
What don't you like about working at The Salvation Army?
"The salary and the lack of career advancement. I liked working with the homeless however the salary was just plain awful. Still it worked out for me since I worked weekends and went to school the rest of the time."
