"Politics working for the State are very high. Most of the work employees do never sees the light of day as there is no strategic plan. The CIO, former Gartner analyst, has no clue and as result the entire IS department operates in chaos where politics rule. I left as soon as I saw the true nature of the department. Sadly, it was probably an excellent place to work at before the CIO joined."
