"I absolutely love the majority of my coworkers. The offices I've worked in have caring friendly staff, we are almost like a family. Supportive to one another. Of course we butt heads at points but who doesn't. It is a lot of work and a huge load, our bosses are not only aware of it, but also understanding to it. I hate the attendance policy, we have so many strict rules to overtime and requesting time off. The benefits are comparable to most others jobs and so is the pay. CSV does their best to match other companies & the positions, also every time minimum wage goes up our pay increases 5% and they give it to us 3 months in advanced. CSV is overwhelming but our bosses try their best to fulfill our needs. Definitely worth it on most days."
