"There were more times than I would have liked where I felt my time could have been better utilized. In all fairness, at the time of my employment the department was very small and a support staff did not exist."

"I would look very closely at compensation packages and what individual employees are looking for. They will tell you up front what they want to gain from their employment...listen."
