"Have an open mind, and be a self starter."
What don't you like about working at Quicken Loans?
"Management was very unfair. They expected more of the employees and were not willing to try to do it all or listen to issues. Employees are not trained properly for the expectations."

"Management should be more proactive and train better, according to the standards that they expect."

"I like the sense of making a positive change in people's lives."

"Be yourself, be enthusiastic, jnow what you are getting yourself into."

"The work is intense and emotional. Having clients die is not uncommon."

"I don't think I would do anything different, though I am pretty new."

"Relatively little drama, casual dress code, friendly people, and readily available Stumptown Coffee."

"Depends on what you're looking for. If you are in the call center, depending on the department, stress your ability to sell and emphathize."
What don't you like about working at Banfield Pet Hospital?
"My boss. The guy that sits on the other side of my desk cube. The fact that I have a degree and work in a call center with no opportunity to advance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would place someone else in charge of my department, preferably someone who actually knows what we do."
